We have had a couple of issues but it is more to do with after sales service.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

not be removed. Not so. Several went missing during the first period. We have
glued the rest in place. We are still waiting for DELL to give us some
replacements after 3 months. They are not good at following up issues. Our
other gripe has been to do with Audigy sound cards (our Music dept needed these
for their program to interface the keyboards). DELL assured us that they could
supply these cards in low profile despite us querying this. This has not been
the case. The issue has now been resolved by them supplying adaptors but it was
a long drawn out process.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

machines. DELL also gave us a good deal on leasing. Make sure the details are
tight on the order form and both parties are clear as to what is wanted/provided.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
