The ndis driver is faster. Do you have an earlier version of the intel
pro driver ? Say the 100..try that

I have tried both, but have settled on the NDIS driver.
Which do you suggest?

Subject: [Technical] Optima nic problem

Hi all,

We have just purchased 50 computer from Optima.

Like most others, they were late with fire wire ports still not
supplied.

My problem is trying to ghost an image over the network (I know this is
easy) but for some reason the Intel pro 1000 network adapter (which is
working fine) is not being picked up by ghost.
Ghost is saying it can't find a nic and can't load to the network.

I have tried several different startup disks from version 7.5 and
version 8 of ghost. I contacted Optima but they have no idea (they are
still investigating).

Anyone got an idea (please let it be a stupid oversight)

Terry Hawkins
