<p class="MsoNormal">Hey Mary, from the SAT training session I got that the complex algorithm is meant to cover things like sorts, searches, game engines, business rules, etc. The SAT criteria in 2016 mandated a sorting algorithm and a number of students who
designed programs like games didn<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">’</span>t have a viable reason to do any sorting, so put in some dinky
<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">“</span>fake<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">”</span> sort strictly to address the dot point or missed out on that criteria. The criteria was changed this year to allow these students to use
a more appropriate algorithm.<o:p></o:p></p>
