I think the 'correct' answer is mistaken. <br>It asks when a UCD should be used instead of a DFD, and the given answer (A) is a reason why the DFD (not the UCD!) should be used!<br><br>The right answer would be B since a UCD better shows how users interact with the system.<br clear="all">
