Swinburne University of Technology will host a FREE Computer Science for High Schools (CH4HS) program to run over two consecutive days (25 & 26 November). These workshops are for practicing IT teachers who would like to develop their IT skills. I have 4 spaces remaining – and will give priority to those who can attend both days.

The two-day program will consist of a guided tutorial through some simple graphical programming using the Swingame engine, resulting in a playable game. You will have opportunities to interact with each other, build on your networks and develop skills.

The proposed program will have the following focuses:
•Interactive Games Programming
•Programming Micro controllers (Arduino boards)

Lunch and morning tea is provided.

Participant numbers are limited to 30. You must commit to both full days of the program. You will be notified whether you have been accepted into the course via the email address provided by Monday 16 November.

I invite you to register your attendance at this 2 day workshop. There will be no cost for the two days.
