[Year 12 SofDev] Textbook for SD

Hi Chris,

I had thought that Kevork was writing an Informatics text? (Sorry Kevork if
I am misquoting you!!) I would be happy to work on something that combines
both SD and Informatics - maybe for the next edition? - but if there is one
on the way, that would be far better!
