I like your answers David
I also think Geoff has a point about q 8 --- the question stem does say appears to be most efficient and D appears to be...
Though I take on your comment about limiting to the given variables.

Tricky

What did yo'all think of the rest of it?

I liked the way the algorithms were used and what they were used for
I was pleased the use case question B6 was a complete Use Case

C1 threw me.
Starting questions are often easier but this one, I am not sure whether something easy like constraints and functional reqs and non functional reqs
or if it is a deeper question and I have completely missed it.
Always scared of over-thinking it
but it does say tasks
does it hark back to project management?
and C1b ... for 1 mark ... e.g. success at bench tests?

C6b.... I feel there is an ethical dilemma (George has been naughty and should be sacked for it - he downloaded s/w; he is altering it without permission; he was going to pass it off as his own work; he did not tell his boss who would also have been in trouble for inadequate supervision etc. George has been very bad.)
My very best students felt there was no ethical dilemma just a legal dilemma and that George was just breaking the law.
Melanie has the ethical dilemma of whether to report it or sack him or both
George ...? what actually is his ethical dilemma?

C9 7 lines and a lot of white space

All in all my good students were happy with it and felt it stretched them well.

My in the middle ones were so - so about it.

My uninspired unenthusiastic non studying attendees to my class just ignored me on the way out when i was asking what they felt about it.
