[Year 12 SofDev] Testing techniques

In past assessment reports, the examiners have commented critically on the
lack of obvious desk checking in students' answers.
Desk checking is a vital step - how else can you prove a program's output is
accurate?
I always do desk checking of my own software, even if I'm not being assessed
on it  ;-)
