[Year 12 SofDev] Shocking study design error

In the detailed example for SD U3O2 in study Design  (p.81), I've just
realised that Tolbert IT Services does not allow Tasmanians to order goods.

The horror.

I wonder whether VCAA will publish another erratum or whether all printed
study designs will be pulped and reprinted...
