[Year 12 SofDev] Stacks of Slides

Thanks Mark for the great ppt on stacks. It was good for you to stress that there is no one standard for stacks ( other than that they are always FILO or LIFO ): so the stack can be numbered from 0 upwards or from 1 upwards, etc.

Perhaps the VCAA should state its own "house rules" for stacks so that teachers and students can be sure of them.
