Hello Claudia,

In a bargain book shop, I got some great books for practicing various aspects of visual basic programming which students have used on visual basic net.

The Books were " Visual Basics - Software design & development - Books 1 and 2" by Arthur Anderson (Photocopiable blackline masters)

Cost me $4 per book. Book 2 has exercises on binary search, bubble sort, selection sort and insertion sort

Subject: [Year 12 SofDev] VB.NET Array/find/sort

Hi all,

Does anyone have some student friendly simple tasks that get across the idea of:

- Finding a value in an array (from a list box or file)

- Sorting values in an array
Even though we have done arrays in U302 it is clear from marking the SAC that my students may need more time on this during Unit 4.

Thanks

Claudia
