My worry with making it relate to the case study and SRS of Task 1 is that some students will not have much to document. I have been pondering the same question and am interested to know what others think.
In the past I've asked students to rewrite some poorly written documentation.

Subject: [Year 12 SofDev] U4O1 Task 2 - Report/Test

Task 2 has only 15 marks out of 60 and some marks go to the user
documentation. What are people doing for the breakdown in marks with
Task 2? The user doc can't be a big task -- but that's OK. And the
remainder of marks are split between security and legal.

Is it better to have Task 2 relate directly to the case study and SRS of
Task 1? Or to have these marks on a new topic(s)?

Report? Test? Any ideas?

Maggie
