[Year 12 SofDev] Q8 revisted!

I just saw the "k" in the units. Change that to 15.23 minutes, I thought
something was wrong. Mind you, the old 300bps (note: no "k" in the unit)
modem of the 70s would take 28 hours to download that image. We used one to
hook our Apple IIE into Telecom's Honeywell mainframe to run SPSS
regressions and analyses - on a good day we'd have a printout the same
afternoon.

And keep in mind that V90 (56Kbps) modems upload at 33.6Kbps...
