[Year 12 SofDev] SD Exam section B

Can anyone explain the purpose of section B?  It seems to sit there 
uncomfortably without a real purpose.

Couldn't the material examined there be just as easily incorporated into 
an enlarged section C?

If the key knowledge in section B can't be made relevant to section C, 
something's wrong with the case study  :-o
