[Year 12 SofDev] New course key knowledge query

Folks - looking ahead to Unit 4 Outcome 2, it contains the following key
knowledge point which I am unsure about...
 
"types of system support documentation to assist end-users with the
implementation of the proposed information systems"
 
What do you think the intention is here, given that system support
documentation tends to be technical in nature and unsuitable for many
end-uers.
Is a broader interpretation of 'system support documentation' required
here, which is essentially end-user documentation.
