[Opensource] Google SVG whiteboard

We are attempting to promote its use but getting staff into it has been
slow. I'm not giving up though. I think it is fantastic resource especially
the Forms application which allow you to develop questionnaires and surveys
with the results automatically being transferred into a Google Spreadsheet.
