[Opensource] Network install script OpenOffice 2.4

Hi all.  I want to put OpenOffice 2.4 on our Windows network.  Can anyone please help with a way to prevent the Welcome and ULA etc coming up for the users.  I thought there were some commands that could be added to the install script but I have not been able to find them
