Thank you Cameron, I really appreciate your reply.  The system we have is web
based and good but prone to data entry errors by the coordinators and so they
shift the blame the to the roll system.  This is the reason for the Principal
wanting to change to cases21.  the replies so for insist that to move to
Cases21 would be a real bad move.
