href="http://exelearning.org/wiki">eXe</a> to build simple SCORM compliant
packages which work really well and eXe is free. I also use <a
href="http://www.education.vic.gov.au/management/ictsupportservices/software/s4e/captivate.htm">Adobe
Captivate </a>which is industry standard and ideal for building any sort of
eLearning package including SCORMs.<br>

I got a hold of a Flash Quiz, packaged it to be SCORM compliant using a program
called Reload editor (<a
