If you make use of groups then add a group for the new year, provide this enrolment key to the new students. This allows for the old groups t be kept and for students to work across semesters etc when you need more flexibility<br>

<p style="margin-left: 54pt;"><span>2.<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"> </span></span>Create a Hidden Category “2009”, and move whole Moodle tree underneath there, so it can be accessed by staff, then re-create courses for 2010, either blank or restoring from backups and resetting</p>
