style="FONT-SIZE: 12px">Sounds like a permissions problem.<BR><BR>To check, cd
to the directory and type ls -la<BR>See who owns the files & of the file
is executable <BR>You may need to explicitly allow the script to execute
(chmod 777 moodleinstallscript will do the trick).<BR><BR>You should check the
permissions on the whole web directory. Normally you'll need to give access to
the apache user which is what the webserver runs as.<BR>To change the owner
simply try ...<BR>chown -R apache /var/www/html <BR>Where the /var/www/html is

install webmin on Red Hat 9 and get it running. I've also been able to
