[Moodle] A server for the moodlefest - and Open Day spruiking

I just picked it up from the ComputerBank and cripes .. that huge
black box must be made out of recycled BHP steel girders, railway
sleepers or is powered by a neutron star! Talk about robust .. thanks
for the warning Ken. The volunteers there do a splendid job to work
towards a sustainable future.

I will now take a dim view on anybody that dares to throw away any
hardware in a dump-master or give it away to become future defacto
landfill by the roadside (our school now takes back any old IT gear we
give away to close the loop). I'll next organise the school caretaker
to shuttle a trailer load of old IT junk to them one saturday to reuse
or recycle.

I now have a small collection of a five computers / servers in the
back of the car .. all ready for us to rebuild and rescue from
landfill so lets have fun and build upon our inner noob-ness. I also
looking forward to the Monday education min-conf .. there is an
impressive range of speakers turning up at this conference and plan to
take my kids to the open day on the following Saturday. When will the
fun stop! :-)

Regards Roland
