[Moodle] RE: Moodle and FHC Ultranet

Hi Folks,

 As promised , the screen shots of how the FHC Ultranet allows for a personal window/timetable for each student or teacher to see their day/week/month and classes.
We use a 15 day cycle ( Blue, Green and White weeks ). As mentioned , the user logs on and has their timetables extracted ...... ( see below if you missed it ) with current day highlighted.
 A single log on authenticates user as either teacher or student, extracts his/her timetable and allows details of class for teacher ( student list , names scrubbed out in screen grab for privacy reasons ) and then allows seamless entry into Moodle class without further login requirement.
 All driven by PHP with LDAP for authentication against multiple servers and use of MySQL and MSSQL where the first class timetable lives.

You have done well to figure out how to link it all together. Oddly enough,
I had  a phone conversation with somebody today about the seamless login
part of the problem, Should have thought to check your book! I cannot wait
to mention this to our technician and try this out myself.
