[Moodle] email

I'm not sure what you are actually asking! Moodle is a Content 
Management System like Wordpress, Plone, Mambo, PHPNuke etc. It uses a 
simple web interface to talk to a backend database to present a teaching 
and learning web-site. It will send messages to users via whatever SMTP 
server you specify. I can't really be more clear without more information!
