How to Use
This short user manual is shows you how to efficiently and effectively use the Senior School Financial Record speardsheet. Please read carefully as some of the functions may be tricky.
Sheet 1: Student Fees
Add Student
1) select the the highlighted squares and move them down one.
2) Now in the blank cells simply fill in the information required now and you will have entered a new student.
Remove Student
1) Highlight student required.
2) Press delete.
3) Now the student is gone.
Entering Student Data
1) Simply select cell where data is to be entered.(Note:Date paid has a range between 01/02/2009 - 30/10/2009)
2) Enter data required.
Adding Notes
1) Select cell were you wish to add note.
2) Right click and scroll down until you find insert comment then left click.
3) Simply write what you wish the note to say.
Deleting Notes
1) Select cell with the note
2) Right click and scroll down to delete comment then left click.
How to Filter and clear the filter
1) Click on filter button
2) Wait and the filtered data will appear.
3) To clear just simply hit the clear button.
Sheet 2: Co-Curricular Activities
Add/delete student and enterin data
Please refer to Sheet one.
Chosing Co-curricular activity / Cost
1) Select cell under co-curricular coloumn.
2) Select co-curricualr activity from the list.
3) It will then automatically enter the cost in the next coloumn.
