You can have a really efficient program but if it doesn't solve the core problem for the user, then it's not effective.<br class="">

Answering questions, particularly multiple choice, should be straight-forward for students - if they can isolate the three answers that are similar, they should choose the "odd answer out".&nbsp; Even if they are a little bit unsure of the technical definitions of the two terms, general logic should lead them to the correct answer.<br class="">
