<div dir="ltr">Hi folks. You may remember that the <a href="http://www.vceit.com/p/postmortem-2013i.htm#b8">2013 ITA exam's question B8a</a> hinged on whether state schools were or were not subject to the IPA.<div><br>
</div><div>I wrote to the Victorian Privacy Commissioner's office and - for the record - they confirmed that state schools <b>do</b> have obligations under the IPA. </div><div><br></div><div>I assume that non-government schools would not.</div>
