<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Sorry to weigh in late Vera. I&#8217;ve done it ever year up until this year and I think the key is careful planning so that you have self-paced activities for on class while direct instruction is happening for the
 other and then swap them around over whatever time frame is applicable. Headphones help too! Just means you need to be very prepared and specific in advance and make your school hierarchy understand it&#8217;s like teaching 2.5 classes, not 2 and certainly not 1.
 The biggest problems are the group activities, I never solved that one satisfactorily but I would strongly suggest most of the co-operative work be conducted virtually rather than in a physical (an noisy generally) group. Hope it works for you, challenging
 but not impossible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
