Hi folks. I just wanted to draw your attention to a small but significant difference between SD and ITA if you're doing both subjects.<br><br>SD U4O1 and ITA U4O1 both include user documentation, but in ITA it must be <b>onscreen</b> documentation created by web or multimedia authoring software.<br>
