You can't create a calculated field in an Access table, but you can
put a textbox, or other control, on a form/report which displays the
results of a calculation based on other fields.<br>
<br>
Calculated fields are never stored in the table. Since they are
derived from other fields in a table the DB would not then be
normalised.<br>

Unless you use Filemaker, in which case the answer is the
opposite :-)<br>

I didn't even know that you <b>could</b> create a calculated
