guidelines will apply to the allocation of extras:</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=441012120-31032009>1. Extras will be allocated on the basis of
"paying back" extras created. If you are sick or on a PD and create, for
example, 3 extras then you will be liable for 3 "<SPAN

<DIV><SPAN class=441012120-31032009>3. Staff who have the most time off will be
allocated the most extras. Under this system senior staff, co-ordinators and
part-time staff will take the majority of extras, teachers with a full allotment
of "teaching" will take the least extras.</DIV></SPAN>
