yet implemented system, we will also be asked to have 'a teaching and
learning goal foccused on the effective use of ICT' in our 2008 performance
plans, and that will require forming 'a small professional learning team and
complete an action learning project that explores aspects of effective teaching
and learning and the successful integration of ICT'. I am quoting from 'A
knowledge and Management Framework for Schools and their communities' (although
it could be called 'Ultranet: change management strategy') Whatever it's called
it part of a document given to me by our principal. We are in the throws of
creating the necessary section in our Annual Implementation Plan to comply with
this.</FONT></DIV>

contracts for the Ultranet ‘program’ will not be signed or ready until April
of this year. That the trainers would not be receiving training until December
2008. The earliest that the Ultranet would be in the schools is June 2009.
(This was from an Ultranet trainer.)<BR><BR>Which raises the question
what will the 50 appointed Ultranet trainers be doing until
