I could be wrong ? sure you will correct me if that's the case :D

Short answer Q5 - there needs to be an additional use case for the agents - 'add new rental client' - that includes the login use case. Agents should use the 'add new rental client' use case NOT the 'maintain information' use case.

Unless, the 'add new rental client' use case is shown as an extension of the 'maintain information' use case!??? Happy to have someone explain which is preferable and why.

Agree that question 13 could be maintainability, but it?s a horrendous question. The information given for question 12 & 13 explicitly says ?Management has employed a consultant to assess the effectiveness?? - so either effectiveness is the answer (and we?re just testing whether or not the students can read the information), or we?re saying that effectiveness isn?t specific enough and maintainability is the ?quality of the software solution?.

Not a high point in the SD Exam?s history!
