[Year 12 IT Apps] Terms of Use Document - O402

Hi folks,
            More often than not we people tend to just click "I accept" on software installation 'Terms Of Use' and rarely stop to read it. Over the weekend, one program I trialled came with a not very optional extra. Part of the terms of use is below. I've "anonymized" (is this 2012's new dictionary addition) the company, but you may want to mention it to your charges. Pretty sure this would breach much of the privacy act.
