Hi Heath

If the government 'removed' the Charter then it would be removed from the study design as an erratum.

Subject: [Year 12 IT Apps] Vic Charter of Human Rights is safe again (for the moment).

After some recent debate, looks like the Victorian Charter of Human Rights is safe for now:

I was wondering over the weekend what the VCAA would do with the study design if the charter was gutted? Would it be removed from the study design or would we still need to teach it even if it no longer existed?

Maybe one day we will have a federal act.

Cheers,
