[Year 12 IT Apps] Design Element - Structure

Hi Anthony

I guess it relates to the structure of the website, such as its
hierarchical organisation of pages, where CSS files are housed, whether
media are stored with HTML files, or separately, the logical organisation
of files (e.g. is it '2012 > Camps > Letters' or 'Letters > Camps > 2012'?)
- others?
