[Year 12 IT Apps] Table Normalisation

I looked up normalisation levels 1-3 and had to have a Bex and a good lie
down.

It's funny because normally I love discussing things like how NF2 aims to
ensure that no non-prime attribute in the table is functionally dependent on
a proper subset of a candidate key.
