[Year 12 IT Apps] 20 things I learned

Actually it helps to know if anyone is out there .......... and whether they
care ..... or whether what is offered is worth anything to anyone else
...... and whether it has benefited them ..... and whether they have taken
time to consider the resource and evaluated it ..... and whether they have
refined/reshaped it for a different purpose.

I know it can appear to be a little superfluous but feedback is always
important and part of the IT problem solving methodology ....

We need to encourage as many people as possible to speak up . Too many
lurkers have described one or more occasions where they had a feeling of
being reprimanded/attacked for expressing a view and that put them off
contributing.

Let's encourage all our colleagues to speak up.

Take Care

I find people's thanks useful when they describe why the resource benefited
them. Such information may make me investigate leads I'd previously not
thought worthwhile.

Is it not possible to direct the 'Thanx' and other assorted cheezes directly

And; yes the delete button is always handy, but that's not the point is it?

Hi Jackson,

Thanks for the website for 20 things I learned.

It is always good to get another summary from a different point of view.
