[Year 12 IT Apps] Qats ITA

Folks, 

I've used some QATs for ITA this year and recommend them for people like me
that do not have the time to make any of their own that are as good as these
ones.

While I can't speak about the tasks, I've heard the author is a 
broad-shouldered, square-jawed, flaxen-haired Adonis before whom women
