Sorry for the off topic post but I'm in desparate need of assistance!! 

 

I have just been told that I need to prepare our school's ICT strategic
plan for Round 2 application for National Secondary School Computer Fund
from scratch. 

 

Just wondering whether anyone would be able to share their plan or any
info to help me in this task?
