[Year 12 IT Apps] off topic - page numbers in word

I'm putting together a (150 page) year 12 magazine and having difficulty getting word to display the correct page numbers. For some reason it displays what would have been the original page number (I've combined several documents). Adding to this is that most pages are listed as "1" given that I used a mail merge to generate student profiles.
 
I understand where it's getting the numbers from, my question is - how do you get word to display the new page numbers?
 
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
