our macs arrived today also (i aplogise for providing bad info - i blame my SNR, oil prices and the previous government)

still, today is one day later than DEECD's purported deadline for return of old macbooks

  I think it was this list that said there maybe a 6 week wait for the DEET's MAC notebooks.

  Mine arrived in the school today - as did a number of others. The 'bosses' didn't!
