[Year 12 IT Apps] Markbook - how can our Music teachers use it at 3 different schools

Andrew,
I think the short answer is: she can't - at least via Update
Server. The system flagging and catalogues of class names will see to
that. The administrators at the various schools will need to
export/import her classes, and she will need to copy them to her
Database folder. Your teacher will be able to see all
of her classes on her machine and write them at her leisure. She
will then need to copy each school's classes to a floppies for
uploading to Markbook. USB floppy drives work OK if, like me,
you have a floppy free machine.

Don't plan any hasty moves. You'll be evicted soon anyway.
