Hi Litsa

I define effectiveness in terms of how well something works or performs; the quality of performance.  It does not have a finite definition like efficiency and often refers to qualities that are not efficiency related (effort, time and cost).

Suitable terms include:  accuracy, clarity, completeness, relevance, reliability, timeliness, readability (in terms of audience), accessibility and readability.

I also include presentation there, for example a well presented document or web page can be more effective than one that is not well presented.
