Hi Therese,

 There is a collection of Access tutorials on the IPM ( may it rest in 
peace ) web site .
>From Edulists home page, click on ITApps, then the IPM (retired ) Web site 
Archive and Resources.
>From there, both General IT resources AND Tutorials, Resources, Timelines, 
Links take you to several MS Access folios and lessons/tutorials donated by 
various teachers over the last few years. There is also a powerpoint in one 
of the zip files Keith ( of Richardson fame ) , has submitted that would be 
useful.
 All in all, there is more than enough to taylor a course for your students 
including principles of relational databases etc.
