Shucks again, Keith.  I'm just waiting for Mark Scott to appear with his

It reminds me of a old story I just made up...

One day a handyman offers to help repair and improve an orphanage for
the benefit of the children.  The manager of the orphanage agrees, on
condition that the tradesman never sets foot on the property, and never
breathes the orphanage's air.  Why? Because they *can* insist on it.
