[Year 12 IT Apps] Year 8 Multimedia

Hi everyone, 
I'm a graduate teacher and have been given the subject Year 8 Multimedia to teach in 2008.
I know this is a list for IT Apps, but I thought I would try a number of lists because of your expert knowledge.
Is anyone able to send or suggest some lessons/assessment/activities?
