Sounds like you are getting the portables we had during our  
redevelopment.  Ours were old (perhaps antediluvian!) and ugly, and  
in the case of the Science classroom, a serious OHS issue for staff  
and students.  Our network was housed in a portable, that leaked  
during rain .... we managed to have two rooms with computers ...  
porbbaly the value of the computers was greater than that of the  
building !
