I think you also need to link the two table together to get the calculations
to work as well.

hi ben, ry this -

1. reate a new query, adding all fields you require from both tables.
2. create a new field followed by the formula - Eg.
Total$:[selling-price]*[quantity_ordered]
once you run the query, the Total$ will be calculated. format the field back
to 2 decimal places.
3. use the query to create a from screen.
