students. Need to be creative. Lunchtimes and recess when others are
in class. Some school shave Saturdays - wish we did. After school
detentions. Suspension is often a holiday. Exclusion form classes
which have access to computers etc).</span></div>

these things are done (public awareness when someone is caught) and
exemplary punishment where students feel pain, then the "word" is well
spread by the students themselves (they love to talk about someone else
being in trouble etc).</span></div>
